CLIENT ORDER  &  METHOD OF PAYMENTS

Always review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.

After you submit your order, an order confirmation number will automatically be generated along with an email that will include your order confirmation number and an order total, not including shipping.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER UPON ORDERING, BUT WE DO REQUIRE YOU TO INCLUDE AN EMAIL INORDER TO MAKE A PURCHASE. WE DO NOT SELL OR USE YOUR EMAIL FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN FOR INDULGENCE CASHMERE USE. 

ORDER STATUS

You may check the status of your order, through our password-protected online account, at any time by clicking on, client login and select order history or email at clientservices@Indulgencecashmere.com

OUT OF STOCK OR NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

BACK ORDER POLICY

If you place an order for one item and that item is on backorder, you will be notified of the back order status via email. If you place an order that contains multiple items, any product that is on backorder will be put on hold from the order, and the remaining products that are in stock will ship according to the selected shipping method. Please be advised that, HILDEBRANDT & CO. Indulgence Cashmere, has inventory on hand at all times. It is not, however, unusual for a particular garment or size to be temporarily out of stock. Please be assured that we will have the garment available to you as soon as possible. CANCELLATIONS

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item. The refund will be returned in accordance with the method of payment.

HOLIDAYS

Orders will not be processed on the holiday dates as follows, but will be processed on the following business day.

New Year’s Day (Jan. 1)
Family Day (the third Monday of February)
Good Friday (the Friday before Easter Sunday – typically in March or April)
Easter Sunday (typically in March or April)
Victoria Day (the last Monday before or on May 24)
Canada Day (July 1)
Labour Day (first Monday in Sept)
Thanksgiving Day (the second Monday in October)
Christmas Day (Dec. 25)

METHODS OF PAYMENT 

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal and gift card.

CREDIT CARD

Online orders are securely paid with Visa, MasterCard methods of payment, in Canadian funds. Items are charged to your credit card the day you place your order; your credit card company will calculate the current exchange rate, if applicable, automatically. Items are charged on the day that you place your order. If an item is backordered, you will not be charged for that item until it ships. Shipping & handling charges are prorated to the value of the shipment. The information on your credit card will not be used for any other purpose.

PAY PAL

You may also pay for your order using PayPal. Simply select the PayPal option during the checkout process and complete the payment process through the secure PayPal system. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you may create a free one at paypal.com

GIFT CARD 

A simple process when purchasing with a gift card. Call us at 1.866.287.7557 and indicate the number on the gift card. If the order total exceeds the amount on your gift card available total, we will ask you for for credit card, to be charged the outstanding order balance. 

Gift cards are considered cash; therefore, they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. There is no expiration date with the gift cards.

All payments are processed through an Industry SSL encryption protocol and PCI DDS compliance for safe and secure transaction process, allowing secure connections from a web server to the browser.  HILDEBRANDT & CO. process and transmit cardholder data, complying with PCI DSS and the Card Association Compliance Programs, providing a secure channel operating over the Internet or an internal network. All merchants that accept credit cards as a form of payment, and all service providers involved in the processing of credit card transactions are required to be compliant with PCI DSS.
