Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMAF)

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags intact. Upon receiving the garment, it will be inspected. The garment is not to be worn, soiled, damaged, washed, or dry cleaned. The refund or exchange will not be processed, should any of these conditions exist the refund will be declined and the garment will not be eligible for return. Refunds and exchanges will not be processed until we have received the returned item. We are not responsible for and cannot honour refunds or exchanges on lost returns. Most returns will be processed in approximately 30 days.

To ensure that your replacement garment is available, please indicate if you are interested in a refund or an exchange. After we receive your email, we will contact you for shipping arrangements to have the item(s) returned. For any additional items ordered, shipping charges, taxes, duties etc. will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Couturier design orders and sale items are final orders, no returns and no exchanges will be accepted. We do not refund the shipping and handling charges, duties ,taxes and or fees.

Steps for returning your cashmere garment. Use this form to process your return quickly and efficiently.                                                                                       

  1. Please email a copy of your fillable RMAF PDF to us at clientservices@IndulgenceCashmere.com prior to returning your garment.
  2. HILDEBRANDT & CO., Indulgence Cashmere, will arrange the return of the item.
  3. After we receive your email, we will contact you for shipping arrangements to have the item(s) returned.
  4. We will arrange shipping pick up.
  5. Fill out the fillable RMAF- 1st copy/paste and send via email, 2nd copy include in return package.
  6. Indicate if this is a return or an exchange.
  7. Include original receipt.
  8. Please include this form with your returned garment.
  9. All items will be returned to the address below.
  10. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund or exchange has been processed.
  11. For International returns Please indicate CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING TO CANADA.
